Hi Everyone
There weather is still way to hot here for my liking!! We are supposed to be getting a cool change tomorrow, fingers are crossed. Just spent a couple of lovely days in Toowoomba, bonus of not just attending a craft show but getting to scrap for a couple of days.
My first share with you is Kraft + Postage Stamp challenge, this can be interpreted however you wish, as long as it's clear as mud on your page!

My friend and I went through all of our stash and out of alllllllll of the hundreds of products we had between us we found a large outline of a postage stamp and two different styles of stamps, they use these when the post is processed. We then remembered the good old decorative scissors, the reason why you never throw these little gems out and few sticker stamps.
In the end I was quite happy with my achievement with such little supplies. We could have gone to the shop and purchased some stamps but hey where is the challenge in that!!!

MY TAKE
For the background I have used a Kraft as required and I have stamped the postal stamp frame on several sheets of really old Making Memories kraft paper.
The decorative scissors worked beautifully to cut around the stamp shape, I also then stamped them with the other two stamps I had found.
I've photographed some close ups of the gorgeous Scrapmatts & Blue Fern chipboard. I have embossed them with some aged aqua embossing powder, my new fave for that vintage look.
The challenge was a great opportunity to scrap a photo of my son, like most teen boys he didn't like his photo but he indulged me with some.
Other Products use:
Chipboard - Scrapmats, Dusty Attic & Blue Fern
Overlay - Kaiser
Papers - Making Memories
Kraft - My Minds Eye
Metal paper clip - Scrapmats
Gesso - black & white
Twine
Stickers - Prima
Diecut - Sizzix
