Hello & Welcome
Well another month has been whirling through in my neck of the woods and I'm up again on the Scrapmatts Blog. This month I created a fun page with another pic of my daughter that I've taken took off her Instagram account. She's a bit of a hippy so I wanted to create a fun page that reflected that side of her personality.
I have used the lovely Scrapmatts feathers. I firstly embossed them with white embossing powder and then embossed again with 3 other colours, love how they turned out.
A feather template was used to create the background frame behind the photo and I have then embossed them with powders to tie it all in.
My other creation is a canvas that I created for the wall of my craft room.
I love these little words that Scrapmatts have created, they are so easily incorporate not just into your titles but journaling as well. I've also used the skeleton leaves and embossed with gold embossing powder to tie them in with the other metal elements I've used.
A close up of the leaves although it was a little hard to get a good photograph of the embossing powders used on this. They always look so much better in real life.
